FAITH'S PILLOWS RETURN, REFUND, AND SHIPPING POLICY

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, to receive a full refund, you must return the Product in its original condition within 30 calendar days of your purchase, and we will refund the total order amount minus the shipping cost for the return. 

The method used during the purchase is how you will be refunded. Credit card payments may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your statement. If the return process is initiated after 30-day calendar days have passed, you will be issued a credit period. If you have more questions, feel free to contact us. 

How do I check the status of my order? 

We always aim to ship your product to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.   

How fast is shipping & fulfillment? 

You will receive an email that contains tracking information once your items have been shipped. Please allow a couple of days for processing. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 3-10 days to arrive, depending on the efficiency of your local Postal Service. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

Local delivery:  

Free local delivery is available for orders over $125 within a (12-mile) radius.  

Deliveries are made on Saturdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at Check Out to notify you on the day of arrival.
