FAITH'S PILLOWS RETURN, REFUND, AND SHIPPING POLICY

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you must return the Product in its original condition within 30 calendar days of your purchase to receive a full refund. We will refund the total order amount minus the shipping cost for the return. 

The method used for your purchase will determine how your refund is issued. If you paid by credit card, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. If you initiate the return process after 30 calendar days, you will receive a credit instead. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us.

 **How do I check the status of my order?**

We strive to ship your product as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed and has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.  

**How fast is shipping and order fulfillment?**  

After your items have been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please allow a couple of days for processing. Once shipped, most domestic orders typically arrive within 3 to 10 days, depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

**Local Delivery**  

We offer free local delivery for orders over $125 within a 12-mile radius. Deliveries are made on Saturdays. On the day of delivery, we will contact you via text message using the phone number you provided at checkout.
